TrustScope Review Web Site Agreement
The trustscope.net Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by TrustScope Review ("TrustScopeReview"), subject to compliance with the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the Site, all users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If these terms are not acceptable, usage of the Site must cease immediately. TrustScopeReview may modify this agreement at any time, effective upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is TrustScope Review, its affiliates or third-party licensors. Materials on the Site may not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without prior written permission, except that users may briefly print or download excerpts for personal, non-commercial use provided copyright or proprietary notices remain intact. All submissions by users to public areas of the Site (forums, comments) or via email to TrustScope Review grant TrustScope Review a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform such submissions, and to use the submitter’s name in connection with the submissions and related promotional materials.
Except for information, products or services clearly identified as supplied by TrustScope Review, all other information, products and services offered through the Site are provided by third parties and are not endorsed by TrustScope Review. TrustScope Review makes no warranties regarding any downloadable files or external content and disclaims any liability for viruses or destructive code. Use of the Site is at the sole risk of the user. The Site and related information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. TrustScope Review does not warrant that the Site is uninterrupted or error-free.
Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TrustScope Review, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from any liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from any violation of this Agreement.
Provisions in Sections 2 (Use of the Site) and 3 (Indemnification) benefit TrustScope Review and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors, and each may enforce those provisions directly.
TrustScope Review may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in courts located in the United States. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. TrustScope Review may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without notice to users.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
